Hello My Friend;

This is Mark Flournoy. Let me start by confessing that I'm no guru. I'm an ordinary person like you.

I won't go deeply into my humble beginnings. But I will say that I was one of seven siblings. I grew up in a home that had one bathroom. So, in the mornings, it was, almost literally, a race for survival. Many times I wished I was faster :-)

I have great respect for my mom who raised us, practically by herself, on a nurse's income. I still wonder how she did it. At times, even our most basic needs were scarce. Out of that scarcity, I became committed to finding the secrets of success.

For the past 20 years, my passion has been simply stated: to discover what makes some people phenomenally successful while others drift or fail.

The Search for Success
For 5 years, I was a police officer in Los Angeles. It was a way of contributing to the community. I used the income to fund my search for success. I attended $5,000 and $10,000 seminars, listened to dozens and dozens of audio programs, and read many, many books.

I've personally met or been mentored by a number of the top 'life instructors'. Life instructors like Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown, Jim Rohn and Robert Allen.

I studied not only because I wanted the success secrets for myself but also because I have a strong desire share and reveal the secrets to others.

Information Is Not Enough
I, discovered that information is not enough. What happens after you've finished the books? Finished the seminars? Listened to all the tapes? You've paid your money but what happens in your life?

I read great books on 'other' peoples success but while I'm reading about 'their' life mine is passing by. What I really needed was help in my day-to-day activities. I needed to go beyond 'reading' so I actually saw results in my life. Think Rich Software gives you the day-to-day coaching that moves you ahead rapidly!

Many people compare leaving a seminar to getting out of the hot shower and stepping onto a cold bathroom floor. Life has a way of snapping you out of a 'perfect' world. Information is not enough.

I wanted help in my life. Help with my problems and my difficulties. Not just a story about someone else's life.

Search for Software
I searched for a software program that would help me succeed. I found several daily-planner software programs, but they either focused only on goal setting and scheduling appointments--or they were far too technical. I didn't want to spend most of my day on the computer.

Software Developer
Over the past decade I've been a software developer for billion-dollar corporations. Former clients include Sony Entertainment, CitiGroup Corp, Kaiser Permanent Hospital and Hertz Car Rental.

My job was to create software that removed the tedious, manual work from business processes. I created Systems that dramatically reduced processing time and made their client's job more interesting. As a result, work that previously took 5 days could be cut down to 5 seconds. Business people were able to focus on their key business issues and instead of mundane tasks.

One Day, Suddenly, the Idea Hit Me!
One day the idea hit me like that proverbial "ton of bricks"!

Instead of empowering billion dollar corporations--I could empower ordinary people. I could remove the tedious, manual work from the lives of ordinary people.
